Brian Legg – President

Prior to Creative Design Plus, Brian enjoyed a lengthy career as a corporate banker in North America, Europe, and Asia. He developed close financial and marketing relationships with many small and large businesses and governments, a background which serves him well to lead the relationship management team at Creative Design Plus.

 

 

 

Ping Larrabee

Ping is our General Manager and she manages our production schedules, vendor relationships and our overall service delivery. She maintains close relationships with many of our active customers and has a reputation for always having a solution.

 

 

 

 

Mike Ruby

Mike is our Senior Pressman and continues to be the client relationship manager for many of our customers. Mike has many years in the printing business and he adds significantly to our management depth in that area.

 

 

 

 

Nick Caravassi

Nick is our Senior Client Relationship Manager and has been in the field of marketing and printing for more than fifteen years.  By paying close attention to details and keeping his clients’ best interest in mind, Nick always tries to find creative and effective ways to make the projects a success. You will want to have Nick on your team when you are planning your next marketing initiative!

 

 

 

Kevin L. Majewski

Kevin joined the CDP team as Senior Client Relationship Manager. He brings our company a sound knowledge of the printing business. He was a pressman for many years and operated a variety of printing presses, and he also served as a production manager for a sheet-fed print shop. More recently, he successfully leveraged that knowledge while he managed client accounts which were large print buyers and consumers of other marketing materials. Kevin is well regarded by his clients and has a reputation for finding creative solutions that optimize marketing budgets.

 

 

Diane Maiorano

Diane majored in Graphic Design at F.I.T. (Fashion Institute of Technology). She likes to say she has been in the design industry since “mechanical paste – up” was the popular jargon. She enjoys keeping up to date by taking classes and seminars on design.

 

 

 

 

Roni Unger

Roni had operated her own printing business for twenty two years.  She joins the team using her knowledge and experience of the printing business. Working with customers is one of her strong suits. She’ll be happy to help you!

 

 

 

 

Kenny Black

Starting in the business doing deliveries and bindery work, Ken hasn’t stopped. He has a natural mechanical aptitude which made it easy for him to move onto press work.  Ken can always be counted on to get your job done.

 

 

 

Marlene Lensen

Recently joined our staff from a predecessor company with years of experience in the printing industry. She earned an associate degree in marketing art and design. Marlene keeps up to date with the constantly changing graphic programs by taking certificate courses.
